New to Harleys, not to riding. Bike choice question
Hey all, what's up? I got my first Harley, an 06 XL 1200 Roadster. Love riding it, lots of fun. But I'm thinking about down the road for a next bike. I like to go fast, pop the occasional wheelie, and do some burnouts, and cruise around locally and barhop; but I also like to ride 2up with my wife and just cruise, enjoy the scenery, and get lost in the zen peace of just riding. Is there a Harley model that can do all that, or do I need a different bike for each occasion?
Thanks,
Major

Yes, an FXRT, but you'd have to put an S&S motor in it for real performance. Stock, no Harley comes close. Simplest, cheapest route, get some Road King air shocks for the sporty (usually plenty of used out there), and put a way better than stock seat on it, if you haven't already, and it'll be a pretty comfortable ride, and still have the 1200 zip. That's what I did to my 1200, big difference.

Gamble,
My dad was an NCO, raised me to think and act like an NCO. My soldiers seemed to appreciate it. I always made sure to be where they were, doing what they were doing, not sitting around the company area like I was better than them. I preferred the enlisted guys to the brass anyways.
