Is there a way I can quiet these pipes down ?

Stock (OEM) fishtails!
I'm assuming that you bought this bike used and didn't get the OEM mufflers?

There are lots of them available at reasonable prices (I may have some somewhere) as most people take them off and purchase aftermarket mufflers or even complete systems to make their bike sound like a Harley.

I'm assuming that yours have either been drilled out or replaced and that you only need the slip-on mufflers.

Just be careful and patient if you decide to remove and replace yours as you don't want to damage your pipes and/or gaskets.

If you do replace them, be sure to get two new clamps.

 

I have a 06 softail with s/e pipes, do a search for Big City Thunder Baffles.
That is what I got. Helped some what.
