I'm hearing normal valve train noise and a metallic rattle, which is not normal, in the primary. But, it is very hard to diagnose a noise from a video.

The primary is the left side of the motor, which is what you taped.
It's kind of hard to tell if there's something else going on besides the normal noises, but it's possible. Especially seeing that the heads may have been off at some point. The head bolts are rusty and there's some broken fins on the front cylinder. It looks like it's had a rough life so far, but I hope I'm wrong and it's just cosmetic.
It can't hurt to ride over to a dealer and just have someone come out and listen.

i changed the oils/filter for engine and transmission and i didnt liked the color it had. It started to make the noise a few days after. I got the oils and filter from the dealer when i got the bike so i would have changed those myself. 20w50 for harley and Harley transmission oil.

When it is idling there is no noticeable noise even if you go really near, but when you rev up you hear it the bike is in neutral.

Might be a loose primary chain.

Take advantage of the warranty. Git her to the dealer, if not happy git a second opinion.
