I am a new member and looking to buy a 1993 cow glide does any one have any recommendations ?

Best suggestion is to watch your step when the chips are down.

Check for leaks and take it for a test ride if the seller will let you. Once it's good and warm, do a hard acceleration and a hard stop. When you get back, let the bike sit awhile and check it again for leaks.

If you find one in good shape (mechanically) and it has the original seat & bags in great shape jump on it (if priced reasonable).
There was one listed about a month ago in this area.
It had the original bags & seats saved in boxes and the price was not bad.
I almost bought one the year after they came out still in the crate, still kicking myself for not.
Love the bike

I bought a '94 Special (the "black angus glide"- had black angus fur inserts and a white/silver paint scheme) back in '93. I've owned it ever since. Absolutely love the bike.

Man, when those MooGlides hit, I was drooling and too poor to buy one.

I have nothing more to add other than I still love the look! One of my favorite Harleys of all time.
