I bought a 1993 FXR that has this tank on it. It has a label that says it's from a 1997 FLHR - Road King. My speedometer and tach are mounted on the triple trees and I want to move the speedometer to the tank council. My question is, can I get a speedometer council for this tank without the fuel shut off valve? I have searched the web and cannot find this style tank. Any help would be appreciated.

I am not to familiar with the Road King dash. What is the **** in the center for?
