My King & Coke photo
 

Photography has always been one of my passions. Riding is another. So it's just natural to want to combine these 2 whenever I see the opportunity.

I began planning this shot over a year ago and was able to pull it off last Fall. Access to this Coke wall advertisement at a time when no cars are parked in front of it AND when the sun is in the right position was very challenging. (Due to the surrounding buildings, my window of opportunity for good light was about 1 hour, late afternoon, in the Fall). Luckily the location is just a few miles from my house. I took several rides there to shoot this only to find cars or delivery trucks blocking. :icon_errrr:

Perseverance paid off on 2 occasions, resulting in this image. The image was captured using my infrared-converted Nikon and processed as a B&W image. I shoot almost exclusively infrared. It's not for everyone but I love the unique look it creates.

OH my goodness!!! I am no photographer but I can certainly appreciate the work, time, and effort you have put into that one shot. Coca Cola ought to use that in a Super Bowl advertisement

Great photo I love the effect. One question, and I am no photographer, but were you able to get the entire Coca Cola sign in the frame?

Thought there were going to be rails on the fender.
