This is just my opinion, but if all you're doing is a Stage One (airbox and pipes), a dyno tune is a total waste of money. On a simple Stage one motorcycle, I doubt if you could even tell the difference between a dyno tuned bike and a bike with a fuel processor. Save the $$$$$.
To spend all that $$$ to "dyno" a 800 lb sub 100HP motorcycle after installing a pipe and air cleaner is absurd. Unless your dropping coin on some Actual motorwork your just pissing away money. I did a full exhaust and air cleaner and tuned it myself with an FP3. Bike runs perfectly fine for exactly what it is....... a big heavy touring bike meant to cruise not race. Matter a fact last time I was @ the shop dude asked me if I did any motorwork like cams etc to it cause he said it sounds healthy.

Nice looking pipe but it may not have enough back pressure for your relatively stock motor which will cause a midrange torque dip between 2000-4000 rpm's. That's right where most of us do the majority of our riding. You may have to dyno the bike to find out if this is what's happening. If you do decide to get it on a dyno take the bike to an indy, not a dealer.
