That's pretty good point. Looking back at last year we had close to eight or nine pics of the M8 by now. Sure none of them were really good, but they pretty much told the story.

 

So Harley has Spies??

My thought is they need to sell off the rest of the new 2016 inventory so they can then sell off the 2017 M8's before they can introduce the 2018's.

How much you want to bet that at the upcoming dealer show Harley will announce huge rebates on remaining 2016's and low interest (18% lol) loans on top of that! lol

But seriously, I'll bet they have a boat load of 2017's still left to unload and they are nervous about building 2018's.

Supposedly the lack of sales to millennials has pissed Harley off. They will no longer sell bikes to anyone under 40.

Harley takes it's secrets very seriously. Especially for this year. I can tell you there have been photo shoots of the new bikes, so there are images. But they are under lock and key and anyone that leaks them will be in big trouble.

 

Yeah, forgot about what happened to that poor basterd.

But there were pics from a couple of different sources, not just that one guy. Maybe the MoCo's clamp down actually worked this year

 

Frankly I don't know how they keep such a tight reign on it. I know a few people who were on the photo shoot and they ain't sayin nuthin.

After the M8 leaks before the official announcement, they started requiring people to work nude to prevent sneaking in any cell phones or cameras, a practice they learned from Frank Lucas.
