Last year we had quite the scoop on things to come. It was fun reading all of the believers and naysayers. This year with barely over a month to go and nada. At this rate we won't have much time to banter back and forth.

The uni-frame? has been discussed for some time along with the associated M8 in the softail and dyna.

I heard that the softail slim and only the slim because it's slim will have the new paint and be water cooled. No more vivid black, it will be invisible stealth black and the lights will be blacked out. The tires will be water cooled also for sound deadening. And of course the electric motor for quiet mode.

I want my mapo, uh, spy photos. And there you have it...

 

Fresh off the presses, no changes for 2018. .

 

2018 is an anniversary year. Does Harley typically introduce new engines, models, etc. during anniversary years? I think mainly they come out with special paint and badges and wait until the next year for bigger changes.

 

I have a reliable inside informant that tells me every 2018 Harley Davidson will come with a standard equipment gas cap tether.

 

Rumor has it that the bikes are going to be priced MSRP +

Yes, but they will immediately be recalled because the pivot binds and won't allow the cap to spin preventing removal or installation.

lousy compensators again and crappy wheel bearings and they will throw a few more defects at us. maybe a new boom update just to really **** you off.
