Is it your dog, g/f's dog, neighbor's dog, or random stray dog?

 

I'd buy a new scooter.

Who knows, he could have done some frame damage too

 

I'd ask myself how I became a poodle guy...

 

I'd cover the bike or, better yet, prevent the dog from accessing the bike. Has (s)he chewed other items in or out of the house before? If so, YOU haven't learned from the dog's behavior.

If you didn't see the dog chew the seat, scolding the dog is senseless since it will not associate the behavior with the punishment.

Maybe the dog was doing you a favor. The seat looks old and worn anyhow. Cute Poodle by the way.

 

I'd make sure the dog wouldn't be around the bike anymore, that's for sure. And I'd buy him/her some chew toys. A LOT of chew toys.

 

Dogs do that kind of stuff, mine hasn't since it was 2 years old.
