That's what I've heard.....
Two days ago, I did a Seafoam treatment after hearing so much about it. I rode for a while after putting it in and didn't notice a bit of difference. But yesterday, I swear it felt like I had gained 10 HP to the rear end. I don't *think* I was imagining things, because it really did feel more perky.

Since my FXD is my play bike I went with mild top end cam setup. It comes on around 3K.

I don't know what you have in mind on budget on all this, but here's something to consider:
You can get a new S&S 111 for about $5k. Your good-condition, stock Evo motor will bring something like $1500 to $2k on Ebay, particularly if you take good videos of it running before you pull it.
So, for something like a net cost of $3k to $3.5k (add in a few hundred more for shipping), you can upgrade to a 111.
If you take that same money and put it into your stocker (and you'll get there quick if you start looking at bumping the compression, new pistons, head work, etc), you still won't have either the power or torque of the 111, and your engine will be working a lot harder than that 111 to get there.

I had and 88 evo it was a real dog so I pulled the heads off it polished the intake and exhaust ports with my Dremel intake and exhaust put in Andrews high torque cam in it and S&S Super G High spark ignition and some Cycle Shack pipes and that thing was Tire shredding pulling wheelies in 3rd gear I loved it did I mention it was a FLH dresser real heavy bike the only problem I ever had was keeping the back tire on it it would be smooth in two months
