If you have the right credit score you can get down to .99%. Also most made sense to leave my cash sit and that that deal but it goes aginst house planning.

its simple to stop it. you just go online to their website, and click on manage payments, then click 'stop'.... easy, peasy. as long as you do it a couple of days before the payment starts processing, no problem.

I know it's only $3.00 but dang...
There are kids across this country and world who don't have food and you're bitchin' about $3 for a luxury item. Quit your f'ing whining.

well, as long as there are starving kids, what are you doing riding an hd? think of how many kids you could have fed for the cost of that 'luxury' item you're riding....

Personally, I think it's chickenshit on HDFSs' part to screw your customers just because you can. Yes, I make my payments online and pay the $3 fee each month, but that doesn't mean I have to like it.

My mortgage company doesn't charge a fee every time I make an online payment, neither does the bank I have my auto loan with. In fact, HDFS is the only company I pay monthly that charges a fee for an online payment. That's like a grocery store charging you extra for bagging your own groceries.

If you have a bank account, you do know that you can do it online without the fee, right? As long as you aren't with "Third Back road Bank & Trust", or "First Sallisaw Savings & Loan", right?

if you are paying online every month, and paying a fee, then you are choosing to throw away your money . hdfs isn't ripping you off. as already mentioned , there are ways to pay it that don't involve paying a fee.

and while your mortgage company isn't charging you (yet) there are many companies that are.
