Default I saw the Heritage Classic 114 and Fat boy 114 today... Very nice..

I went to my local dealer on my morning ride today and they had just uncrated a 2018 Heritage Classic 114 and Fat Boy 114 and all I can say is wow. I loved them both. The tire size on the Fat Boy is insane!! The 114 motor is amazing. I got to test ride the Heritage and it was smooth as butter and wow was it fast.. No comparison to the 2016 103 I traded in 2 months ago for my RKS.

Very impressed in the new bikes.. The headlights and speedo were very cool.. The Heritage needed a makeover badly and I think they hit a home run with what they did..

Personally, I liked the older style bags on the Heritage Classic. These bags look too much like a switchback or something.

The Fat Boy 114 is so nice. I had to keep walking away from it telling myself I needed a bike with wind protection. So I put my deposit down on the CVO Road Glide that will be here in 3 weeks.

Went to the dealer to pick up a battery & when I was there I checked them out. They look better in person than they look in the pictures. But I'm planning on retiring in 4 years so a new bike isn't going to happen as I have 3 Harleys anyway.

Still none showing up at my local dealer. They were supposed to arrive yesterday, then this morning, then this afternoon, and so on.

Lipstick on a pig is still a pig. New bikes are made for wall street profit only. I will never buy a new one again. Then again I retire in three years.. The silver paint on what used to be chrome just looks cheap. Hope I didn't offend any of the snowflake generation.

They do nothing for me either. The softails look ugly, and the road glide always did.

I saw both bikes at the local dealer also. Both looked better in person than the pics. I'm digging the Fatboy with the big tires (see my signature photo, lol). When the aftermarket catches up with new exhaust, longer fenders, headlight cover, etc, it might make a cool second bike for me. I was all in a tizzy when they came out but I'm coming around lol.
