They are cheap and they work... I have been wearing them for over 30 years. You can come up with all the justifications you want to spend $150.00 on a pair of riding glasses if you choose, but KD's are great, and I have never had a pair fly off my face. Plus the lens meet ansi z80.3 for impact resistance.

Considering the design, it's always amazed me how well they block the wind for my face. I assumed the wind would whip in the sides and have me teary eyed within' miles the first time I picked up a set on the fly.
That was a couple decades ago and I've had a pair around ever since. I really like the yellow ones for night riding. Liked 'em so much, I recently had a pair fit with Rx lenses and tinted to match the originals.
I'm down to my last set of "Minute" Oakley's now. I can get those Rx fit too and bought 5 pair on eBay about 8 yrs. ago because they were discontinued.
When I find something that works for me... I'm all over that ****.
KD's have lasted the test of time for a few reasons.
