It was humid this morning, and it took me 20 minutes to get all the bug guts off the bike when I hit home. And it's supposed to be in the low 90s this entire week.
Not in Florida. 92° here today. It won't cool down for us until mid to late October.
Yup. Riding season is approaching here in FL.
Not the heat so much for me but the all the rain. Can't wait to be able to get on the bike and not have to worry about the dark clouds forming.

So true. Was out yesterday dodging the dark clouds. Went to the beach this morning at 6:45am and it was nice. Left at 9 and the humidity and the heat was building fast
As far as having a bike on a trailer that trailer is merely a tool that enables me to do more quality rides than most. I ride on average about 15,000+ miles a year on some of the finest roads in America.
That's awesome, chances are you ride more than those here whining for you to stop using a trailer.
What your doing seems like a dream retirement, keep it up!
Just rode the whole way up 441 from North Florida yesterday to Franklin N.C. in the Smoky's mountains. Prefect weather on the ride up, sunny in the 80's.
After a hotter than hell Florida summer, and then that damn hurricane that made a mess of my trees, and a two day power outage. Told the wife that I need a vacation and left Saturday morning when it was still dark. 400 miles latter I'm in the mountains with a **** eating smile on my face.

I am 57 and buying a RV to tow the bike. I plan on being gone for months at a time.
Best way to see the country. Finding a neutral spot to park the camper, and take road trips everyday. My wife and cant wait!
Five years to go....fingers crossed.
