Default York free factory tour.

Absolutely awesome tour. Has been on my bucket list for years and finally did it. They do a great job of getting you right down on the floor within the production lines. I cant believe how smooth everything runs. this was the free tour for about an hour. Next time we will do the steel tour which must be even better and more informative. Thank you HD for a great experience!

Great tour. I've done it a couple times. Museum is a must also. I liked it so much I became a member for several years.

When I went on the tour they were still building shovels. Watched a guy hand painting pinstripes on fenders. Absolutely amazing.

I been there in 1980 on our way back from Daytona's Bike Week. It was a great tour back then, must be better now. They gave out Harley Davidson's #1 pin as a souvenirs.

I did the steel tour with my dad in June, right before they moved the Softails out of the plant. Definitely one of the coolest things I have ever done. About 2 hours, maybe a little more. We went to every area of the building, except paint, as that is off limits. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and cool as hell. I would recommend it to anyone, even if you're not a Harley rider or a rider at all. It was really cool and worth the $35.

The wife and I rode over to York as a destination. Stayed at the Days Inn (1/2 mile from factory) and had most of our meals at the Round-the-clock diner, good meals for the money. Toured the Amish countryside in Lancaster and did Gettysburg. The steel toe is a tour you have to make.

In '99 I took the build sheet from my '98 FLHTCUI-A and had a bunch of the line workers sign it.
