Is it the worst
Are there any websites that are as bad as the Harley sites? So you sign in on the main site and want to go to the store. But you have to sign in again???
Most of the time I can’t log on to my account. I can’t reset my password, keep getting “bummer, something went wrong” message.
Doesn’t work on laptops, tablets or smartphones.

It just isn't formatted right to use it in a web browser on a phone, lots of webpages aren't. As far as a laptop, works fine on mine. I only have to log in once and can go anywhere on this forum. I haven't seen any difference among forums, though I think this one is easiest to navigate and the best looking.

No, HD is the proud owner of worst website among Fortune 500 companies. It has taken them years to ensure that their website is slow, antiquated, hard to navigate, impossible to search, and most of all, to ensure that each of their sections/child pages does not interconnect seamlessly with other parts of their website.
I was hoping that when the M8s came out, and they had to add all of the new web pages, that someone would notice how bad it is.
Maybe is a plot to get people into the showrooms to buy stuff instead of buying from their website.

Not sure what you mean by going to the store, but to use this forum on a mobile phone, you need to use this app:

while I'll agree it isn't the best website out there, I can use it from my laptop (IBM Thinkpad) and smartphone (Samsung S8) just as well as I can from my desktop. I use the ride planner function of the site extensively.
I've attached a couple of screen shots from the main web page.

IE? I thought that was only installed on computers to enable people to download the browser of their choice? Even companies are getting away from it.
