Riding in a flannel shirt in 30 degree weather will insure your coolness.

The other morning I was real "COOL" riding to work (36-37 deg).

I prefer it when I'm "HOT" thought, say 80 or above

Yep definitely the 70s.

But to the OPs question. Nope, riding a HD does not make one “cool”. In my opinion, the cool factor comes from being on two wheels. Even little old ladies riding a scooter can be quite cool.
