There are aftermarket horns like the Stebel make for motorcycles.

I've done that a couple times. First time it happened was at 1 AM on the way home from the clubhouse in GA. Went to hit the turn signal to change lanes and hit the horn instead. Damn near jumped off the bike at 60 mph.

So the newer ones are allot louder. But do they still sound like a. Ike horn on a kiddys bike? Or do they sound more manly?

The horn on my '16 FLHTK is louder than the stock horn on my previous bike. However, I went with after market air horns on both bikes. Stebel on the the previous and a Custom Dynamics "Mini Beast" on the FLHTK.

What does a manly horn sound like? Conversely what does a non manly horn sound like?

I like the horn used on fire engines. Very "Basie!"

I've always hated the horns on Harley's. A big, powerful, loud bike with a toy sounding horn. Luckily, I hardly ever use mine and when I've tried, I usually hit the turn signal instead.

Mine is definitely louder than my buddy’s ‘12 Police Bike.
