Question Parade and Escort Strobes

I am looking for recommendations for strobe lights to add on my HD Electra Glide. What I would like (prefer) are duel color (amber & white) strobes for the front and the back. Anyone have any suggestions on 'brands' and mounting techniques?

Thank you for any help.

Look for police bike strobes and change out the lenses. Check for any legal concerns/permit issues in your state prior to doing anything though.

Code 3 and Whelen should have what you need. Strobes are old school, you want to look for led, you will spend big coin for this stuff.
Search police motorcycle products and equipment. Check ebay for brackets, lights and wiring.
Private motorcycle funeral escorting is big business. Do not dress or look like a real cop and you better know how to ride. The leap frog from the rear to the front of a procession is extremely dangerous!!
You also need to have one million or more in liability insurance when riding escort.

Blue? I though that was a Police only emergency color. Isn't purple considered to be the universal Funeral color?

Escort laws vary from state to state. TX probably allows blue on licensed civilian escorts.
Purple is another option, often seen on the hearse.

Legality aside, don't put white strobes on the rear. If you have to stay within the confines of amber and white, put amber on the rear and white on the front. Otherwise, look into blue/red rear and white/amber front.

No one wants to be looking into a blinding white flashing light.

Blue and amber are legal here to a point, all the construction vehicles run them also, purple is usually for the funeral cars and the coach, do not run red and blue in the back, most police officers frown on that i have been stopped several times and told to turn mine off, i just do what they ask and then turn them back on after they leave, it like most things its all in how you approach them.
