Good riding music (other than 60s, 70s, and 80s tunes)
Sorry if this is in the wrong place or has been discussed before but I searched and didn’t see anything recent...
MUSIC!!
I know most of us of a certain age tend to gravitate to certain genres of music, and most of it dates back 30 years or more. Usually more. Often a LOT more. I’ve seen threads that discussed our favorite classic artists - Led Zep, The Dead, Metallica, Allman Brothers, Waylon, Willie (and the boys), Nugent, and, well, hundreds of awesome classic bands.
But who has suggestions for good NEW music? Reason I’m asking is I recently picked up some Greta Van Fleet and damned if some of those tunes don’t get me cracking the throttle open just a bit more, get the toes tapping and the head bopping. And these kids are all in their teens, maybe early 20s. Anyone else have any new groups or songs they like riding to?

Riding music tends to be a bit harder to find good songs, needs the right tempo as well as working well over the sound of riding.
Random selections from my playlist that's from the 90s or later, mostly Alternative, but decently wide in style:
K.Flay - Blood in the Cut
Nickleback - Animals
Lights - Speeding
Kongos - Come with me Now
New Politics - Harlem
DJ Snake - Turn down for What
Pitbull - Timber
The Heavy - Short Change Hero
Calvin Harris - Sweet Nothing
Paramore - Ain't it Fun, Part II , Anklebiters, Proof, Decode, crushcrushcrush
FlyLeaf - Call you Out, Again, Fully Alive
The Joy Formidable - Whirrling
Jet - Rip it up, Are you going to be my girl
My Chemical Romance - Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na) , I'm not Ok
Darude - Sandstorm
Crystal Method - Bloodbath Dance (this one might get you a ticket)
Nirvana - Territorial Pissings
Blink 182 - Dammit
Eminem - Loose Yourself
Foo Fighters - Monkey Wrench, Everlong, the Pretender
Green Day - Having a Blast, Panic Song
the OffSpring - Nitro
Linkin Park - Bleed it out, Given Up
Garbage - Hammer in my Head, Push it, I'm only happy when it Rains
DropKick Murphys - I'm Shipping up to Boston
Blur - Song 2
the Benjamin Gate - Lift me Up
Cardigans - My Favorite Game
Orbital - Halcyon and on and on (starts a little slow but builds wonderfully)
Clint Mansell - Requiem for a Dream [Lord of the Rings: Two Towers trailer mix]
Gravity Kills - Enough
Dismaz - Dance
Fall Out Boy - Dance Dance
Reverend and the Makers - Heavyweight Champion of the World
Rollin **** - Chick Chick
LP - Lost on you
Todd Rundgren - Bang the Drum
YellowCard - Lights and Sounds
Rage Against the Machine - Bulls on Parade
Lot of different stuff to check, lot of different styles so if one isn't your taste try the next one, figured I'd give a wide selection.
90s or later, some really good stuff before that of course but it's not what you're looking for.
And yep, long list I know, I did narrow it down from 2,000 though. lol

i can't get enough of Greta Van Fleet right now. those kids are proof that rock and roll isn't dead.
otherwise, i like some ween, queens of the stone age and eagles of death metal.
most newer stuff lately is just radio music, meaning, i only listen to them when they are played on the radio. still good stuff, but not buying it. (arcade fire, arctic monkeys, the killers...)
