Planning to go myself, I've been going since the 85th. Just got a room. I have taken a pic everytime, parked on my bike in front of the Juneau headquarters. Quite a contrast over the years. Have wound up doing some pretty neat stuff, from being in a Showtime video at the 90th, to meeting some celebs, Like ZZ Top, Billy Idol, Peter Fonda, Larry Hagman, Jay Leno, the Davidsons, Willie G., Bill and Karen, Flat trackers, Chris Carr and Scott Parker. Erik Buell, Clyde Fessler, Martin Jack Rosemblum, and other neat folks. Attending just marks milestones in my life's journey with HD, and something to look forward to. Especially the trip. The bike parade at the 90th, before they started limiting participation was the largest group of bikes, going down the highway, I've ever seen, or ridden with.

 

Would like to visit during an "off" year.
Crowds should be minimal today, for instance.

 

It clears out fast. A week later and you get better room rates and the town is much quieter.

 

Uh no. Too far...too crowded.

 

Ok..it's not Sturgis, because most of us will be over 100 on the 115th.

So, I give up, what is it??

I'll never forget the 100th---parking under the bridge and walking a mile just to enter the party---but met people from all walks of life

 

I could think of a few thousand places I'd rather go so;NO!

 

really don't like crowds so i wont be going.

 

I'd go if I was retired. So maybe the 135th for me.
