I get quite a few complements on the looks of my Cherry, from other bikers and from non-bikers alike. But this experience was a little over the top.

Back in early November I headed over to my local polling place to do early voting. It was a great day and I was on the bike. When I got there, I rode around the parking lot a number of time and even up and down the side roads looking for a place to park without any suscess. Noticing a space that was out of the way but along a painted yellow curb (which means no parking) I pulled up to where I hoped no one would notice. As soon as I did, here comes a lady that was directing traffic and I thought she was going to chase me. Instead, all she wanted to do was look at, and gush over my bike. I asked, "Is OK if I park it here and go in and vote?". She said, "Yes of course and I'll watch it for you to make sure nobody bothers it" and then kept adding one compliment after another. I went and got in line to go in to vote and looked back to watch her circle my bike like a kid in a candy store. Could not quite see, but I think she may have been drooling just a little.

I guess sometimes it pays to have a good looking bike!

 

I feel the same about women telling me I have a nice *** all the time.

This is just a weird and stupid post. No point...it's a humble brag that his bike is getting complimented.

I have the same problem with my looks! A difficult burden but I manage!

 

If you don't want complements on your bike, get a 50cc scooter. Then you will just get laughed at. (especially if you wear your leather vest and chaps.)
