I've seen worse but its definitely time to get a new one. There aint too many miles left on that one.

Tires are cheep...
Not really, but if you consider the cost of what rides on it (not including your @$$).
I live in an area with a lot of water, try not to run them to thin.
Not worth it IMHO

When in doubt change them. There is not much things better than new tires.

Spend $3 on a guage, open your manual and go by what you read. If the fire department was paying for it you would have been screaming for it long ago.

I have a gauge, and I have a manual. This is my first time actually wearing out a motorcycle tire and just wanted to confirm that it is done. I don’t have a problem spending money and I ordered a new tire before I posted the question.

As for the FD, they are broke and can’t even supply toilet paper. Calm down with your insinuations.

That looks like less than 2/32's... I order new tires when they get to 3.
