The disease..
I bought my first Harley last week..since then I have dumped a grand in "upgrades" into it. I've put a new saddle, passenger pegs, solo bag, and just ordered the bits to swap the boards for forward controls.
I'm no stranger to motorcycles. I have been riding for 32 years and have had a multitude of bikes, but this is the first motorcycle that I have owned that I've actually wanted to spend money on!
Now, if you'll excuse me, there is a Drag Specialties catalog calling me!

That's a good way of putting it. The wife calls it a sickness, but disease works too. It's fun, but can give the ol' checkbook a workout, so pace yourself. Do your homework as you don't want to be re-doing things - that's when it can really get out of control.
When it gets to the point where you "just don't wanna know" how much you've spent, that's when it may be a problem...;-)
Have fun and make sure to ride the hell out of it too.
