Default If I Could Go Back In Time

Concerning Harleys, if I could change one thing, I would have bought my first Harley in my later teens, before I got Married. I wouldn't have wasted my money on 3 rice grinders and a Dirt bike. What about you, what 1 thing concerning Harleys, would you go back and change if you could. And Yes I am posting, to put off going out side and washing, waxing, and chrome polishing my beautiful Road King.

What good are regrets?

Better to ask yourself what decisions you can make today that will be most pleasing to you in five, ten, twenty years.

Most of us would mess things up worse the second time then the first probably!

I love my HD but appreciate the Honda’s I had at an early age.

Never look back, just look forward and apply life’s learning experiences.

I regret not buying 100 shares of Microsoft in 1986, holding them until 1999, then selling them and buying Amazon stock with the proceeds.

Those two trades would have turned a $2100 investment into something like $20,000,000 today.

But like I said, what good are regrets?

I couldn't agree more! I've often thought that, knowing what I know now, if I had it to do over again, I'd probably do it worse.

I think I would have found a way to keep the 65 pan. Man that bike ran and rode Good! Swapped it for a 95 Road King can you believe, because I was riding 20,000 miles a year and wanted something I didn't have to rebuild as much.....ahh well. time marches on

I would had got my first Harley in 90 not 2000, I wasted that 10 years on a Yamaha, a good bike but I didn't realize the feeling I would get on a Harley.
