70 and still riding. Bought my 84 FLH from the original owner some 13 years ago. He was 89 and decided that it was time to stop riding. Guess it hits us all at different times. Told the wife I will stop riding when I can no longer start my 49 EL.

Till then.... ride on and enjoy.

76 this year. Living proof that S, D, R&R won't kill you. Taking the bike away just might!

I hear that all the time- and laugh about it when I'm doing 110mph on my bike.
I'm 63 and will ride until I can't - until then, ride on!

Thought id give up when I was 50, then 60 I'm now 70 and still going but at my age I kind of think about it more. The dealership told me the other day about one of his customers who bought his first Harley a Sportster at 75 a year later chopped it in for a Fatboy and he's still in the wind. I surpose like everything else depends on your health when you give up.

Just can't picture myself on a trike, so when I can't hold up a two-wheeler I'll quit. Currently 68 and no problems...

It's now obvious, or should be to you, that your ol' lady does *not* like riding and only does so because it makes you feel better.

Tell her you want your ***** back from her purse, then get on your bike and ride til you can't hold it up with one leg at a stoplight...whatever that age may be.

Up here we need to take a drivers test in a car when we hit 80 and do that every 2 years including vision tests or bye bye license. No mention of motorcycle riders needing the same though.
