Bending metal fuel line. HELP!

Hardware stores all have benders that will do that radius without problem. I have one from HF that does 4 sizes of small tubing. They are inexpensive.

Google "Low Melting (Fusible) alloys". Bizmuth/tin/lead/cadmium alloys have been used forever for filling tubing (custom bars for example) for bending.. Check CS Alloys web page for more info.

For future problems like this.......fill it with water and freeze it over night. Then you can bend it with pliers or vice grips without kinking it.
