Default Smoky Mountain Area Bars

I’m heading down to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area in June for a week of riding and shenanigans with a few friends. From everything I’ve read, it won’t be hard to find good roads to ride. What I’m looking for is good places to hit up throughout the week to have some beers so I can plan some day rides with a few stops mixed in.

Suggestions?

IMO to much good riding to worry about Bars. But they are all over in both those towns.
Pigeon Forge No way Jose's across from HD dealer is good place they have a bar area separated from the normal dinning but also serve food . No need to but you can see your bike from the bar. Food is great and priced right.
Gatlinburg , parek the bike walk right down main drag. Legal moonshine place and lot of options. There is also a No way jose's there but generally crowed.
If you never rode that area Enjoy hard to go wrong. trip planned for May.

Some of the counties down there are dry counties-----We,ve been numerous times,if you're using PF or Gatlinburg as Home base you have plenty of choices-------ride safe and enjoy

This is north of Newport. Great roads around there too.

Never been down there before so we are all looking forward to it. I figured there’d be places local, I’m wondering about places to hit up while we’re gone for the day. It’ll help plan a lunch stop or dinner stop on our travels.

Reason for asking is because we went to WV last year and while the riding and sights were awesome, there just wasn’t anything around except Amish. I don’t want this thread to go sideways with people lambasting me about wanting to drink and ride or thinking that we’ll just be looking to ride to a bar to sit all day and get hammered. I won’t lie though, we do like to stop occasionally and have a beer or two so it’d be nice to have places in mind, or towns to stop in where there’s a few choices.

My daughter lives in Pigeon Forge so I go there a lot. Go find "The Island" (look for the giant ferris wheel, you can't miss it).

http://islandinpigeonforge.com/

There are lots of watering holes there.....grab a beer, get a seat, and watch the colored water fountain. Relaxing way to end the day.....those fountains are huge...probably football field size with a couple hundred chairs for people to sit and watch all the way around them.

The Harley dealer in maryville west of pigeon forge has a little known watering hole right at the dealer. Not really advertised that I seen but I believe they call it the garage. Ask when you’re there. You go outside towards the back. Have food and suds

Hope you don't plan on drinking far from where you are staying. Nice area with great riding but also plenty of LEO. Alcohol and riding don't mix.

It is At Smoky Mountain Harley and it's called the SHED. Great folks. Check them out on line. They have music on Saturday nights also.
