Looks like without 300-400$ this upgrade is rather not happening.

Did anyone try Hogz? Just curious. All great comments. Thank you guys!!!

My buddy just put an LED headlight bulb in his Street Glide that he got from Fuel Moto. I will say that it’s pretty damn bright compared to stock, not sure how much more light it actually throws on the road though, too much snow to ride right now. It looks like it was about $70.

+1!!!

My mother always used to gripe, (actually still does), about my Pops being a tightwad...she'd say "he leaps over dollars to get to pennies". He's well intended, but she's right, and often times he'd have to re-do the "cheap fix" and in the big picture it cost him more...not only in $$$ but in time which is valuable as well. "Buy once cry once" is another, and one that i live by.

I'm not suggesting you throw money around needlessly, but I'd hold off until you can get something of quality. It'll save you in the long run and remember, this IS a safety issue as well. Keep your eye out for sales, do some research and find best bang for the buck, but don't skimp. Good luck.

A forum member recently posted up these. He's currently running them and likes them. If you truly want "el cheapo". Two LED headlights for 15 bucks absolutely can't be beat. Keep the spare in your saddlebags just in case.

The Daniel Stern website is really good. I've bought stuff from him before and it was very good quality.

I bought the custom dynamics turn signals for my last bike. I'll definitely be putting them on my new bike soon. I also bought Hogworkz LED headlamp and auxiliary lights for my old bike and just ordered another Headlamp from them. They work great and were a lot cheaper than the HD daymaker. They aren't eBay or amazon cheap. But both seem to be great quality.
