Default Look At What I found!

I was enjoying a second cup of coffee this morning, my wife was on a step stool in the kitchen looking in a cabinet we never use. "What's a Mikuni HSR Series?" she asked. I had a strange feeling like when someone mentions the name of an old friend you haven't thought about in years. "It's a carb, why do you ask?" says I. "Because there's one in this cabinet."

Sure enough, brand new in an unopened box was this beauty. I remembered then ordering it right before I was called away. The UPS label said that it was shipped in mid-March of 2003. I was away doing some overseas consulting from March through June of 2003. I had forgotten all about it. Somehow it had made it to that high cabinet that was never used.

I got up on the stool to see what else was in there and I found these Andrews cams. It all came back to me. I think I'm missing a set of adjustable pushrods that I ordered at the same time, but I'm not sure.

Fortunately I still have the bike I ordered these parts for. Brand new then, well used now, she's about to get an upgrade!

I can't believe your wife fell for the ole "I'll buy these parts and hide em where the wife will find em, then tell her you bought em years ago" routine!

Well played!

The UPS decal was going the extra mile, I believe that's what pulled you across the line on this deal!

Keep looking around the house, you might be able to build a complete bike.
