I wouldnt bother with them. They appear to just be OE replacements, and lets be honest air shocks are trash anyways. Air expands and contracts vastly with temperature and humidity changes and essentially you've got a very inconsistent progressive rate spring/shock.
I would opt for a proper emulsion and straight rate spring shock.

And here's the answer to your question. Yes, I have installed many sets of the 785's and for the most part they are fine. Easy to fit, drill bushings out to 1/2", some need cut to length also, and space as needed , not a problem. The small air lines that they give you are fine except buy some extra o rings and use 2 in each connection instead of just one and make sure no oil on o rings. You can use regular air pressure cause they are rated at 150psi, I started out at 100 and went up as per load. You can also rig up electric air pump to control ride or height . They may extend down and hit your pipes depending on pipes you have, also no problem for me. They provide a great ride and handle good also and may serve you well as they have many friends. The one problem I had with them was I blew one out on a trip because of high temps, 104 air temp and 120 road temp, softens the rubber bags to almost like jelly. If you don't have the heat and don't travel long distances I would recommend trying them , they may work good for you, if you can't chance a failure on a trip you can carry a spare , cause easy to change, otherwise just buy a spring loaded shock and leave the air behind. I since went to Progressive 13" heavy duty 444's and am happy with them as is the wife. As was said tons of info on line and sold as adjustable ride. Hope that helps, good luck
