Well said. I feel the same about my 2007 Fat Boy.
This is part of the dilemma Harley is facing with declining sales. Core customers like us who 'shot the load' over the years are content with our current bike. We admire the new M8's but don't need the latest greatest nor the costly mods that follow a new bike purchase. I'm close to retirement, and I already have two bikes. If I wanted another, I'd buy used. Clean, low mileage bikes with warranty remaining can be owned for thousands less than new.
