I bet Joe Bonamassa would beg to differ with those who tell you that. Going to see him Friday night at the Fox in Atlanta. Probably be sold out.

Joe is cool, but look at his audience. I'll bet you it's mostly people my age, and, as I said, us baby boomers aren't driving popular culture anymore, and, let's face it, we're not happy about it.

I'm 58. In my opinion, I have not reached "geezer" status yet. More like "grumpy old guy".

Speak for yourself, looking back on some of my life I'm tickled silly to have gotten this far, the rest is pure comedy now I understand my grandfather better .

I wouldn't bet on that. I believe they will be closer to my age.

One Geezer was a Butler but that doesn't make all Butlers Geezers. Finally caught what you said. Went way over my head but it hit me when it came back around like a boomarang

I'm thinkin 60 might be the prime age for this nick but some say much older like 70. I have brothers in their 70's still riding tearing it up. They call me "youngster" @ 52
I ride a Geezer Glide and I'm 47.
