Hit and Run accident in Los Angeles...
Terrible hit and run, kills 34 year old Iraqi war vet and his 30 year old fiancée, and the POS abandons the vehicle and flees on foot...

A young man in Omaha was killed as well and the driver took off.
It looks like the motorcyclist would have survive the crash but the bastard didn't stop but rather gunned it and ran over the guy.
Turns out the driver was an illegal alien and that's why he fled.
Word was he was looking to flee the Country but didn't have enough time to make the move.
They caught him pretty quickly.

Not sure why this bastard in LA ran but I bet they were either drunk or also illegal.
If they were drunk they will likely catch him if the vehicle is registered, but if they are illegal, as close as LA is to Mexico I bet the bastard is already over the border

There's a lot of places I just don't ride. Places with a lot of illegals or people without and those with suspended licenses. You know them, middle-aged people who go everywhere 5 miles under the speed limit.
Columbus, Ms has a lot of the revoked and suspended licenses running around for example. I won't ride in that town.

Based on personal experience, I would take an educated guess 20% of crashes in Ca are hit and runs.
Part of the new generation of "everyone is a victim" and "I'm not responsible for my actions" mentality, lack of drivers licenses, no insurance, no registration, dui and illegal alien culture.
Catching the culprit? Unlikely since the involved vehicle does not belong to the driver and the registered owner sold it to someone he doesn't know.
Sad times.
