I've been there, lay off a an employee with a little bit seniority and send his replacement with 5 years to the factory in York, $$ are saved in annual wages. Years ago loyalty was a strong suit towards your employer. Today all loyalty, especially employer to employee is just about gone. It's about the $$$$.

Enough of this KC stuff. Every day another thread pops up. People get laid of every friggin day. Plants close. Get used to it.
