Good plot to get the bike U wanted. ☺ No way in hell the 6 foot Mrs would have chose that for doubles up with u over a Road King if she saw em both side by side. Hell the RK has bags to hold her stuff when u ride, let alone the bike would fit u guys. But enjoy man!

Nice... now a Mustang seat or something like that with a nice sissy bar and rack, you can cut up some miles... Glad you made the call you wanted... Congrats...

Best cruiser for riding with wife

is like

Best sports car for a family of six.

OP how about a picture of your seat and passenger backrest?

Pay no attention to the Touring crowd, they just do not understand.

I have seen some pretty good setups for two up riding on cruisers.

I know whenever I am at the dealer with my OL, she always gravitates toward the touring bike fore the roomy rear seat.

Here is my input on touring on a slim. I have a '15 slim. I have done multiple day runs from OK-TX-NM-CO-OK, both solo and with the OL. It works good for me. My OL can do it too, but shes pretty tough. She is good for about 120-130 miles before she needs to stop. Hell I even need to stop by 150. Put a good saddle and passenger pillion on it and you will be good to go. I use a Mustang with the matching passenger seat. Also the detachable sissy bar and rack. Strap the backpack on the rack/sissy bar and away you go!!!
