Default Will the LiveWire Drive H-D Back to the Top?

That's the question Bryan is asking in his recent post, where he dissects what we know and what we don't know about the first electric H-D. Personally, I think there are a few years before electric motorcycles become even relatively common, so I don't see the LiveWire having too much of an impact on the MoCo's bottom line. But having ridden one of the early versions of the bike, I liked it. What do you think?

Nope, not in my world.

No, if they want to get back on top they need to branch out into other motorcycle types and make some cheap dirt, sport and begginer bikes and make some dual sport and adventure bikes as well. They got the cruiser and touring segment nailed down

I'd give it a look but I wouldn't be interested in the sport bike / cosmonaut seating arrangement.

No. The range is 53 miles. Until we have a scientific breakthrough in energy storage an electric motorcycle is not a viable machine.

I hope that challenge is met someday. I would never give up my pistons but I would entertain the idea of an electric on my garage floor. There is a lot of performance to be had with electric motors.

Not for me in any brand.

I cannot wait to hear the electrical sumping, electrical transfer and wheel bearing issues. Bet the riders will be complaining about getting SHOCKED when they get caught in the rain.
