Dealer Service Closed on Mondays?
#21
They're still considered recreational by many, and Saturday is definitely a more popular day for recreational motorists to be on the road than Monday, wouldn't you think?

I ride daily and dealers being closed on Monday is not a deal breaker. There's no reason for it to be.

many smaller dealerships, especially those not in metropolitan areas ARE closed on weekends or varying days of the week. This goes for all makes/models of vehicle. Wasnt too many moons ago that most all stores were closed on Sundays, and only open partial days on Saturday. We as a society have gotten spoiled and now demand instant service for whatever our whims are. We need to cut back that self importance, and realize that the world does not revolve around our needs all the time.

Our dealership service dept. is closed Sundays and Mondays. Always has been as far as I know. Sales and parts is open seven days a week. They also cut back their hours during winter months too.
I'm not sure why your pitching a fit if you don't need the dealer?

No one having a fit here, where and why did you develop that idea?
Just logic.
I have been in business for 20 years (until I retired)
I would not have ever treated a customer so arrogantly.
OH, some I would just not ever deal with, but that is different.
But generally, the customer is important.
If I had a Harley shop there would be an emergency number to call .
It would be sorted out if it is a real emergency or not an addressed as required.
Not ignored.
