Perhaps this thread should be divided into big ticket and small ticket items, but rear Ohlins on my '14 Ultra essentially turned it into a new bike.

My 254e cam & my SE tuner; the REAL one, not the bullshit one. Made pullin' outta the hole a lot easier.

Couldn't pick one. Most notable; Extended Bags & Bad Dad rear fender, Apes, LED lights, cams, and '09 up swingarm to fit 180 rubber.

Other than the engine mods I am surprised at what makes some people happy. I am a comfort mod guy so love my Cyclesmiths Banana Boards. So much so that I have an XL set on both bikes.
