I have two, but the number one modification to my bike, a 2006 Softail Standard EFI, is the change from the 200-55-17 stock rear tire/wheel assembly to a 130-90-16 with a new take-off laced wheel from a Sportster. That made my Softail come ALIVE!!!

My second favorite mod is the change to factory Buckhorn handle bars from a 90's era Sportster with 6-1/2" risers.

The bike now feels and handles like a Shovelhead SuperGlide! (minus the vibrations and oil spots, LOL).

This. I still can't believe how much better Progressive shocks are over the stock air shocks. Air makes for a lousy ride ....

My favorite is switching from mid controls to floorboards. World of difference.
