It’s going to depend on seat height, weight & price. They certainly sorted out the Ugly part. But ugly don’t really matter. They will not take away many GS riders. And I doubt the rest of the ADV builders are rushing out new iron to replace their current crop.
If it fits, I will consider it.

In order to sell something there has to be an interest, harley buyers spoke with the wallet at the time they wanted the traditional look and feel of Harley Davidson. While a decent idea Buell was a case of very bad timing and iffy styling. Just didn't appeal to the larger public.

Is just soooooooo ugly!
But to be honest most of the ADV segment is very ugly too...
They did a great job design wise for the other ones (street fighter, custom and livewire) but this one kinda hurts to look.
Hope it performs and they can expand the line with other looks.

Typical replies from biased HD owners. Nothing wrong with expanding their market. The ADV market is huge with manufacturers getting into it every year. Buell had one with the Ulysses and itt was a hit. I’ve wanted a GS1200A for years but never pulled the trigger. Can’t wait to see the new bikes hit the market. Also, good on HD for showing future models. First I can remember them doing that.
