Not what I was expecting!

Yeah Rumble On is like sticker shock in reverse at times. I contacted them on 2015 XL1200c I just traded in. Their offer was crazy low. I understand the Harley market is beyond soft and some Sportster and Street models even more so. But I believe they try to take advantage of some. Best just to wait on private sale or trade in like I did to a dealership that wants the bike.

I never buy new, always used. I may know that 36,000 miles is not "high mileage" but on the other hand I never even look at anything with more than 5,000 miles. The fact of the matter is that there are so may garage queens around that "high mileage" is really going to force the price down.

I think the 2009-2012 market was much worse for sellers.
I bought a 2005 Super Glide with 11k on it in 2010 for $7,000 from a dealer.
In 2011 I got a 2009 RK Classic with all it's detachable add-ons with 19k miles from a dealer for $13,000 before trade-in. That included the transfer of the extended warranty and service plan the previous owner had purchased. I didn't do anything but put gas in it for the first 3 years I owned it. I think that was my official best deal I'll ever get on anything. I think I can still get free tires if I ever have a service done in Henderson.

Great looking bike. Reminds me of the Ford Kona or Deep Impact Blue.
Not much to add other than my mother has arthritis and I got her a product called "Therabath". It is basically a heated tub that you melt parrafin wax in, and then stick a gloved hand into the melted wax. Might help with your hands at least FWIW.
It has helped her a lot when she used it. Might be able to keep riding with that and a few other treatments. Otherwise, good luck with the sale.

I strongly disagree...the market right now is the worse it has ever been for used bikes.
The market was really bad...but nosed dived with the release of the M8...tons of retirees racing to spend their children's inheritance...dumping low mileage used twin-cams for whatever they could get.
Collector bikes have not been affected...they are bringing more money than ever.

So basically you have a 7 year old bike (2019's on the way) with over 30k miles and a reported accident. Sorry, but their offer was spot on for their kind of purchase. You may get more in trade but a dealer will make that up by keeping MSRP or other fuzzy math on what they're selling. The market is flooded and I can find newer bikes with less mileage on this forum and others for 12 to 14k all day long. You might try listing the bike for 10-12k and see if you get any bites. That will truly tell you where the retail market is for your bike. Good luck
