My guess the cars on your left are catching your eye causing you not to look where you’re supposed to go and taking the wrong line. Ride straight past the cars on your left until you can see where you need to go then turn left and ride through. Find your line.

You need to deliberately counter steer.

Have you ever check to see which is your dominant eye? I've always been able to ride left curves faster than right, for as long as I've been riding. Then, about 25 years ago I went skeet shooting for the first time and had my eye dominance checked for the first time. Yep, left eye dominant. It explained the curve preference to me. And, no, it doesn't necessarily match up with right or left handedness.

"You need to deliberately counter steer."

Yep, Prot is right about that. Practice, practice, practice.

Move to Jersey. Practically every left turn in the state is a jughandle from the right lane.

If you haven’t taken a basic riding course take one. If you have, take an intermediate one.

Watch some "Ride Like A Pro" videos and buy the DVD. Well worth it!

The best place around here with lots of left turns is the NASCAR track down the road from me. Do you have any racetracks nearby?LOL!

Sounds like you're getting some good advice here, I don't have anything different to add.

Lot's of good info here.

My weaker turn has been to my right from a dead-stop. Getting better. Counter-steering at speed is magic and low-speed parking-lot practice helps a lot. I use the painted-lines to help define the space and work at tightening the turn radius.

Practice, practice, practice...
