I'm going against the grain here but I kind of like the looks of it. But I agree, it needs to be under $20K, not over. Needs well over 100HP (preferably more like 150) and needs to shed about 80-100 lbs.
But I'll give HD props for at least trying to reach out to new markets. I just hope they can weather the time between flops before they hit a winner.

I kinda like the way it looks. That being said, it needs to be about 18K with about 25 more HP and 50 lbs less to sway people who are on the fence.
***Edit: I just saw the damn thing weighs 637 lbs. Good lord. It needs to be about 75 lbs less. Why oh why does the MoCo insist on selling bloated bikes? I love my 2015 RGS, but unless the next touring line is drastically reduced in weight and upgraded in suspension, a K1600 BMW of some sorts will be finding its way into my garage.

If they were going for all out, why not the 117 in it? Looks cool. the couple grand more than a fat boy is probably for all the redesign for the frame, swing arm, exhaust, intake... and I just looked up the weight. A fat boy is 670, and this is 637. I was expecting a bigger weight difference. Just looking at the two, the fat boy looks like it's 100 lbs heavier with the fatter forks, bigger fenders, solid rims, duals... under the customization tab, it shows the FXDR with a 117 cam chest cover. so I wonder if that's an option.

The younger riders locally, ride sport bikes. I would have thought HD would at least produce a bike with mid controls.
That's roughly 85 hp. Hardly a beast.
Or this thing is $15,700, its a beast!
