Talk Me Out of the Low Rider S

I’ve done quite a bit of research and have narrowed my first Harley Davidson to the Low Rider S over the Fat Bob and Slim S. I’m 52 years old, 6’2” and weigh 210lbs. I enjoy the twisties but ride for the mind clearing enjoyment, sceanery, adventure and people. I have a short commute and plenty of canyons in Utah to ride. I’d like to be able to take longer trips but they will be rare (once a year). The look of the Low Rider S is bad *** but I haven’t been able to put miles on one so I’m looking for some experienced opinions.
What should I be looking at besides the bikes above?
What will I regret later about the Low Rider S?
Thanks in advance for your opinions.
If you’re a Low Rider S enthusiast please comment about year, mods, new/used, ...What will I regret later about the Low Rider S?

Rains, or rather pours, then stops. Dries up (or floods lol). Not enough time in the wet to justify the tires over other tires. Not like the PNW where it's at least 50% of my riding.
And I'm a bit bias I suppose with rain tires, used to run Pilot Road 4s and I couldn't tell the difference in traction when it rained vs the dry unless I road very hard. The others I tried on my old bikes just never compared. But they don't make those for Harleys, only got like 5,000 miles on a set anyways. Anyways, getting off topic, lol.

I have a 15 Low Rider S and all I added was a Master Tune. At 200 lbs and 6' 3" I have no fitment issue.
It tracks, handles and rides smooth for a Dyna. Great performance.
I did add a 18 Fat Bob S which stock will out run the LRS and a considerable uptick in handling. But for over all looks the LRS is a great machine.
