Do share.......I enjoy a good party. Hopefully it's something that's out of the way and under the radar. I'm already quite familiar with the usual social gatherings..HogRock, East Coast Sturgis. Kentucky Sturgis, Harley Rendezvous, BamaBikeFest, Junebug Boogie, Chillicothe easyriders rodeo, etc....

One of the best places to find information about motorcycle events is http://www.cyclefish.com as they have a huge list of events by state. Some are as crazy as Sturgis and Daytona but there are also events being hosted by charities such a Law Enforcement, Christian groups, Toys for Tots, Animal Shelters and municipalities. I have attended a few and they have been family friendly. As for liquor, some have had liquor, others have not (or minimal).

This is a double edged sword...
* Family friendly - anything at a dealer for the most part. Rolling Thunder
* Big events ie: Strgis, Daytona, Laconia - These are slipping every year because these are going from biker events to spectator events and quite frankly, the problem youre gonna face is most people don't want to be partying with your kids and grand kids..

I went to Street Vibrations spring rally in Reno this year and was kind of annoyed that I could not find a beer outside of the casinos. My wife joined me a few hours later and we went to Roxies to get our whistles wet...ended up dancing all night. I digress...it was a fun night. Had to find a room since i was in no position to ride home. But to your point...that event seemed very family friendly. My grandkids joined me the next morning.
