FWIW - as an update top my experience, the when I was told that my order wouldn't ship until at least 30 days past what I was rold on the phone, they said I had to send them an email ro cancel the order. I did this Oct. 3rd. As opf today they have not cancelled the order or refunded my money.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Just as an update. On 10/31, after 3 days of leaving messages with their machine and with an actual person, I was able to call and get a person. Spoke to Terry, the owner (who had previously assured me he would issue a refund) and he told me he would put it through "right now".
I did get an email from someone with an "official" looking refund receipt that afternoon.
As of today, 11/20, there has still been no refund credited to my account. I've, again, left messages with an actual person who told me only Terry could handle this. No response.
Anyone doing business with these shysters does so at their own risk.
