I had mine narrowed, and memory foamed with tailbone channnel for me and extra plush with tailbone for the wife. What was awesome also is when I called them and talked to them about what I wanted, they told me that the seat I had was going to be hard to get what I was looking for and that I needed to look for a low seat. They told me to try that and then let them know IF I still wanted them to adjust mine. Which means they were basically giving up work, to make sure I was happy. ANY and all seats I have modified in the future will be done by them.
Also, seat is awesome. My azz stopped hurting instantly.

Have read 1000s of reviews on multiple sites over X years.
You may want to look locally first to see if a local upholstery shop (or auto upholstery) can do the work (easier, can bring seat in to chat etc)
If you ever plan to sell your ride (and are altering the stock seat), you may want to purchase a 2nd stock seat and have that modded, as a new owner might not like or appreciate your seat mods. YMMV
I almost pulled the trigger on a MC mod years ago, but to move backwards, stock seatpan wouldn't allow it despite anything else MC could do. Also, by the time I paid all the shipping etc (and the mod) it was pushing $100-200 which could easily be put into a new seat.
Good luck OP

frustrating to pay for an aftermarket seat and then to pay even more to have it modded.

Also, when you mod your own seat, the price, depending on mod, is less that 1/2 of buying a new seat. As some know, it can take 2-3 seat swaps to get one dialed-in. I called Allen and he discussed my mods and made great recommendations. OP; suggest you do the same...call...they won't bite and you'll be pleased w/their quality results.

I had mine done with the tailbone channel and prostate channel which was recommended for the discomfort I was having.

I've had 2 seats redone, one with single memory foam and tail bone mod,and one with double memory foam and tail bone mod. My butt thanked me for it. Great people to work with. The only down side is the shipping costs you might incur if you do not package seat correctly in smallest box you can. Shipping costs can range from appox. $35.00 to $60.00 depending what shipper you choose and size of box.Their return shipping ,which you pay,and in the box you sent seat in,is lower.
