There are a lot of raffles around with Harley’s as the prize. Different charities, churches, civic groups, veteran’s support groups, activist groups (think M.A.D.D.), etc. Some are online, and some are very local. Post any Harley raffles that will be drawn in 2019 here. ALWAYS READ THE RULES - Some are only eligile if you are in the state of the drawing, but the site might let you buy a ticket anyway! Typically Washington State, Oregon State and a couple others can only be purchased in state. If you live up north and see raffles from Ontario or Alberta, you have to be IN ONTARIO or ALBERTA to buy a ticket (generally, a few exceptions).
And, as a CYA, I do not vouch for any of these. I do my due diligence, you need to do yours.
One last note: Remember, you will have to pay income taxes on the win, based on the stated value of the prize. Often, with the latest IRS rules, you will have to pay the taxes to the raffle organization before you can claim the prize. If you have ANY doubt, consult a tax professional.

So did you buy any of these raffles yet ? Maybe one of the ford truck raffles might work better for you .

2020 harley sportster
The Warrior Foundation (www,injuredwarriorride.com) is raffling a 2020 model Harley Sportster. The exact model/color/etc will be determined after September 1, 2019. Tickets are $20 each and may be purchased online at the link below. The drawing will be October 27, 2019.

2019 hd fxdr-local only- free entry
Hall’s Harley Davidson (Springfield, IL) and Budweiser are hosting the “Summer Thunder Tour” to give away a 2019 HD FXDR 114. Between May 10 (yes, already started) and September 6th, 100 “qualifiers” will be chosen at a number of events at Central Illinois bars (list of events in link) and some “bonus events”. If you download an app (also on the link), you can get updates. On September 27, at Hall’s Harley Davidson in Springfield, Ill, ALL 100 qualifiers need to attend (or have a designated proxy attend). A “reverse” drawing will be held of the 100 qualifiers. Last drawn is the winner. If you are local to one of the events, you have a chance to become one of the 100 qualifiers. There are additional online and on-air ways to enter, too complicated for me, but then, I’m not local either😜😄😝. I just like the idea of going to a bar to maybe win a Harley!
